Delete your Perfectigo account
You can ask us to delete your Perfectigo account at any time — whether you use Perfectigo on the web or in the Perfectigo app for iPhone or Android. Perfectigo is operated by MyAIStaff LLC.
How to ask
- Email admin@perfectigo.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours.
- Say what should happen to any workspace you are the only Owner of — delete it with everything in it, or wait while you make someone else an Owner (Settings → Members) so it carries on without you.
- We reply to confirm, and delete your account within 30 days of that confirmation. We will tell you when it is done.
The mobile apps have no sign-up — accounts are created by invitation — so deletion is asked for here, the same way for the web and the apps. Before you ask, export anything you want to keep: contacts can be exported as a CSV file from the People screen. To leave just one workspace, ask its Owner or an Admin to remove you; that also signs the mobile app out of it.
What is deleted
- Your user account: your name, email address, password, sign-in sessions, API tokens and your membership of every workspace.
- Workspaces you are the only Owner of, if you ask for them to be deleted — with everything in them: contacts, consent records, campaigns, templates, files, forms, bookings and settings.
- Copies in our automated backups are overwritten within seven days after the deletion.
What is kept
- Workspaces that carry on with other Owners keep their own records, including their history of changes. If you held the account such a workspace belonged to, the workspace moves to its remaining Owner’s account.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, such as information about a legal claim or request, for as long as that requirement lasts.
If a business has your details in Perfectigo
If you received emails or texts from a business that uses Perfectigo, you do not have a Perfectigo account — that business holds your details, and deleting them is its decision. Use the unsubscribe link in its emails or reply STOP to its texts, and ask the business to delete your information. If you cannot reach it, write to admin@perfectigo.com and we will pass your request on.
